Parental Permission Agreement
I, the parent / guardian of the above named candidate do hereby give my son permission to participate in the up coming Kings Bay football season; and I fully understand that Kings Bay Youth Organization, and Kings Bay football is a non profit organization with a volunteer staff. I also understand that the participation in this sport may involve strenuous physical activity and bodily conflict. I also understand that my child will be obligated to attend practices and other instructional and or conditioning sessions and realize that failure to do so may constitute grounds for exclusion from a game.
I give my son permission to travel to and from all contests, scrimmages and, practices in and out of New York City with there that may or not be part of KBYO Football. I also agree to be responsible for the return of all equipment issued by KBYO to your child. I also understand that it is my responsibility to make sure that my child is medical and physically fit to participate before trying out, practicing, or competing in these athletic activities. I also agree to inform KBYO of any changes in my child’s medical or physical condition, which may develop or is discovered at any time after this document is signed (electronically or physically). I also give KBYO permission to obtain medical treatment in an emergency situation with the understanding that the family will be notified

Kings Bay Football holds a Spring Football Clinic that will begin on Wed May 2nd. In this Clinic we will help develop our players skills and prepare them for the upcoming season. Practices will be held on Wednesdays at 6PM and Sundays at 10AM. These practices will run through the middle of the month of June.
We will take a break for a few weeks then begin practices to prepare for the regular season in the beginning of August. The regular season games will begin in September and end before the first week of December.
Three Easy Ways to Register
1) Register through our easy to use on-line registration form; fill in all the fields below and be sure to click submit. After filling out the form below please mail in your payment with your child's name in the notes field. The check should be made payable to Kings Bay Football.
2) To register by mail, download the form by clicking on the link below and, send it along with the check to our mailing address
3) Registration will be taken in person at the KBYO gym. Check the Registration Date section above for dates and times.

Sign your Children up now, children ages 7-14 can register for the 2011 season. Be a part of our winning tradition; Kings Bay has had at least 1 of our 4 traveling teams in the championship game every year since the Organization began. Kings Bay has one of the best facilities in Brooklyn. Our great facilities include a natural grass field, new home and visiting team locker rooms, state of the art lights for the game and practice field, new bleachers, and a snack bar. Registration includes $50 worth of raffle tickets that can be used to win great prizes like a big screen TV at the end of the season.
Kings Bay provides all the equipment necessary to play football with the exception of shoulder pads. This equipment Kings Bay provides will be provided to the children for use during the season and; then returned after the completion of the season. Kings Bay will also provide transportation for the children to and from the away games.
